1- The girl could be fealing upset. I know she is upset because she is crying.
2- She is fealing that way because people are picking on her at school.
3- I think the man is her Dad because she is cuddling him and he looks as though he cares for her.
4- I think they are in the school playground as I can see other adults and children in the background.
5- It gives me a clue that her Dad might be dropping her off at school, as the title is ‘drop off’.
6- I think the girl is thining that she isn’t going to have a good day because she will get picked on. Plus the Dad must be thinking that he needs to help his poor little girl.
7- This reminds me of my first day of school.

today was my first day of big girl school, as daddy would say. Im Esme, Esme green. Im feeling super happy but also a little bit of me is feeling the most nervous I’ve ever been.’ Honey are you ready for school, the waffles are done! I jumped into my shoes rushing down stairs to receive my delicious waffles. After eating my breakfast i was ready, ready to go! Dad dropped me off, at first i didn’t want to go but i didn’t want to make dad late so i trembled out of the car biting my nails anxiously. My eyes first caught of a group of the so called ‘popular girls” group, all of them stood in a circle talking about pixies new nails. I wasn’t that kind of girl i loved football and basketball i also like dancing. Walking into the school gates my school shoes strap got caught, and there i tripped falling on my knees cutting them. A tear slivered down my cheek, luckily nobody seemed to notice as they were all talking.When i finally got into the classroom, i placed my coat on the peg and went to sit down. The bell rung ‘RING RING’ the classroom filled with children as they all sat in there seats. I noticed the girls were all glancing at me and then talking to their friends sniggering. Ive already had enough. Home time finally came and i was close to tears the girls would push,kick,punch and tell me how useless i am . The teacher led us out to ur parents. I ran out as fast as my legs could carry me, the tears rushed down my face as i hugged my dad tightly that was final I’m not coming here again…

How interesting – shows how our ‘background’ or experiences influence our perception. My initial reaction of her crying was that her dad dropped her off after a weekend with him (parents divorced) and she wanted to stay or will miss him. They have a very close relationship. That is why I love these pics – no wrong answer!!!
